CADS Dual Diagnosis is a mobile specialist service that aims to improve the health and quality of life of people who have been adversely affected by substance use and mental illness.

We support a collaborative approach working with inpatient mental health team or community mental health centre key workers and psychiatrists. 

The Dual Diagnosis service offers:

• assessment
• clinical case support
• consultation for clients of mental health services
• liaison with, and training for, alcohol & other drug and mental health service providers
